NATEG 2014: An International Design Competition Associated with ÉTS 24h of Innovation!
In partnership with the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal, 3DS SolidWorks and Emworks company, the non-profit organization NATEG (North American Tunisian Engineers Group) is organizing the fourth international design competition for students all over the world.
3DS SolidWorks company will allow students from 25 schools in France and Tunisia to have free access to SolidWorks licensed software to realize their design for this competition.
Dr. Bohren Louhichi, postdoctoral fellow under the direction of Professor Louis Rivest of the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS)of Montreal, is the coordinator of this NATEG event. Students who register will be eligible for a certified training program to learn how to use SolidWorks software. NATEG President, Professor Ammar Kouki also from ÉTS, presented the networking experience of NATEG during the “Canada-Tunisia Education Forum” held in Montreal, april 4th 2014.
The 24hours of innovation at ÉTS
A Nateg novelty in 2014: Students enrolled in this international competition may also enroll in the 24 hours of innovation, an international competition of innovation driven by Professor Mickaël Gardoni from the École de technologie supérieure of Montreal. This competition brings together more than 1000 students from around the world. It will take place on 27 and 28 May 2014 in Montreal and several international locations on four continents.
